30-DAY GUARANTEE

If AIZO does not work as described within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. No receipts, no support tickets, no questions required.

Email crazyeight0000@gmail.com with the subject line "AIZO Refund" and include your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

WHAT IS COVERED

• App fails to launch or install on your platform
• No adapters work for your specific services
• Critical functionality is broken and not fixed within the refund window
• You changed your mind — no reason required within 30 days

DIGITAL GOODS NOTE

AIZO is a software download. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period when you download and begin using digital content — however, we offer the 30-day refund regardless as a matter of policy.

LICENSE DEACTIVATION

Refunded license keys are deactivated within 24 hours of the refund being processed. The open-source version of AIZO remains available at no cost.
